Dean of One-on-One Discipleship

Bo Boshers is the motivating and visionary Executive Director of Student Ministries in the Willow Creek Association. For almost a decade, Bo was the Director of Student Impact where he led an outreach of over 1,000 students at the high school ministry of Willow Creek Community Church. Bo continues to be involved in the Willow Creek student ministries, but his current role allows him to focus extensively on his passion area of training, equipping and encouraging student and ministry leaders from around the world. With his twenty-plus years of ministry experience, Bo has much to offer. His responsibilities include writing, worldwide speaking at workshops and conferences, as well as leading the Prevailing Student Ministries Conference at Willow Creek. Bo also teaches and mentors like-minded student ministry leaders on how to reach and lead this generation to Christ by building prevailing student ministries (versus the “youth group” concept) by focusing on the balancing of discipleship and evangelism within each ministry.
