Kevin White

Dean of 24-7 Ministries

As director of 24-7 Ministries, the youth ministry of Awana, Kevin White is passionate about reaching and discipling middle-school and high-school students for Christ. Prior to joining Awana in 2004, Kevin served as a youth pastor and volunteered with a national youth ministry. Growing as a contributing voice and thought-leader in ministry, he is constantly witnessing firsthand the challenges facing today's generation and delivers valuable insights into how the church can more effectively partner with parents to raise spiritually strong children and teenagers.

Kevin helps develop and create innovative resources and curriculum at 24-7 Ministries, which include Who, Me? and the upcoming Now What? training products. He oversaw the rollout of the Trek middle-school program and directs the strategic planning for 24-7 Ministries and the Awana focus on teenagers. One of the favorite parts of Kevin's job is sitting down with leaders on the front lines of ministry and help them be encouraged, equipped, and engaged to do the work God has called them to.

Outside of work, Kevin and his wife, Robyn, serve in several capacities in their local church; as small group leaders and coaches, children's ministry volunteers, and on the church's HIV/AIDS task force. They live with their daughter in suburban Chicago
